Helios Healthcare Advisors Structures Sale of 360-bed Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Missouri

CHICAGO, IL — Helios Healthcare Advisors (“Helios”) is pleased to announce its role in structuring the sale of Tiffany Care Centers, a multi-site 360-bed skilled nursing portfolio (“The Portfolio”) located throughout western Missouri on behalf of a family owner/operator (“Seller”). 
 
The Portfolio consisted of six nursing facilities located in rural markets, centered around the Kansas City MSA.  The Portfolio was positioned to offer a buyer a clustered geographical market presence, with potential upside by way of Missouri transitioning their Medicaid program to a case-mix reimbursement system. An offer was procured and selected from an east-coast based owner/operator group who entered the state through a separate portfolio acquisition in 2021. 

Helios was involved in all steps of the transaction including negotiations throughout closing and coordination with the buyer’s capital partner and lender.
