Andrew Wittenauer

The duration of Andrew’s career has been spent in the commercial real estate industry with an expertise in the seniors housing, long-term care, and behavioral health space.

Focusing on the southeast region of the U.S., and partnering with Helios Managing Director, Mario Santiago, Andrew’s experience advising clients through sell-side and capital markets transactions exceeds $300M in volume.

Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University, where he served as President of the club golf team, leading them to three NCCGA National Championship appearances.
