Helios Arranges Operator for Texas Assisted Living Community

CHICAGO, IL — Helios Healthcare Advisors announces its role in arranging a new operator for an Assisted Living community located in Northern Texas. 

Engaged for its regional expertise, Helios procured a Dallas-based owner-operator and assisted in the negotiation of a third-party management contract for the owner, an investment firm based in San Francisco, CA. 

“The prior operator was based out of state and experienced logistical challenges operating this community,” said Managing Director Bill Janis, “Bringing in someone local and with a deeper understanding of the market to reposition the asset was the goal.”
