Helios Healthcare Advisors Recapitalizes 32-Property Behavioral Health Portfolio

CHICAGO, IL — Helios Healthcare Advisors is pleased to announce its role in recapitalizing a 32-property behavioral health portfolio (the “Portfolio”) for an affiliate of Chicago-based CapGrow Partners and Sculptor Capital Management (“Sponsor”).

Spread across seven states, the Portfolio was a subset of a large recent acquisition of behavioral health facilities primarily serving a population of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Helios was engaged to recapitalize the portfolio and arranged a 7-year, fixed-rate product with a 25-year amortization to refinance the existing debt and provide cash proceeds to the borrower for general corporate purposes. The credit facility was provided by a NASDAQ-listed mid cap lender that recently expanded their specialized industries group.
