Helios Healthcare Advisors Structures Sale of Louisiana Skilled Nursing Facility

CHICAGO, IL — Helios Healthcare Advisors (“Helios”) announces its role in structuring the sale of an 82-bed skilled nursing facility located in Claiborne Parish, LA on behalf of Tri-State Health Services (“Tri-State”).

Helios represented Tri-State as its exclusive sell-side advisor to run an expedited process and secure a regional owner-operator (“Buyer”) to take over the real estate and operations of the facility.

Helios initiated the process in Q4 of 2021 and recommended a stock sale structure to meet Tri-State’s goal to close prior to the end of the calendar year which was accomplished; The buyer took over operations on December 31st, 2021. The sale was the last skilled nursing facility in Tri-State’s portfolio and marked their complete exit from the industry.
