Jeffrey Rhodes

Jeff’s work in the Long-Term Care industry began with Pittman LTC, Inc. in 2004, and transitioned into a partnership as the Rhoman Group, Inc., where he currently serves as President of the company. In his 15+ years of experience, he has worked with his network to research, plan, and develop dozens of elder care facilities.

Jeff is a Managing Director with Helios Healthcare Advisors, LLC, where he networks to originate and advise buy-side/sell-side acquisitions, tenant placements, and debt/equity structures for purchasing senior living and healthcare businesses.

As a professional, Jeff has a focus on hard work, entrepreneurial enterprise, and utmost integrity.

As a citizen, Jeff seeks opportunities to volunteer, lead conversations, and influence for positive changes and growth in his community.

Personally, Jeff is a devoted husband to his wife, and pours time and resources into mentoring their four sons. He is a passionate follower of Jesus, which creates the foundation for his pursuit of life, family, community, and business.
