Pamela Pyms

Proud to expand the Helios presence in the Southeast, Pam has had a career in real estate spanning over 25 years. With a commercial background, she attended her first NIC in 2009 looking to replace a senior living developer caught in the recession who was unable to close on a piece of land. After finding multiple buyers, she turned completely to the world of Senior Living and never looked back. 

She founded Pyms Capital Resources, LLC in 2011, a boutique senior living investment sales and advisory firm in Denver, Colorado, and was often a speaker at local and state events. Due to the company’s success, she was approached in 2017 to merge with a national health care brokerage company. Leaving that firm in 2019, she moved to North Carolina, obtained her NC license, and reacquainted herself with the southeast. Originally from Miami, FL, Pam grew up in the real estate world, following her father and grandfather.  

Pam received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alabama. She is the proud mom of two grown children.
