CHICAGO, IL – Helios is pleased to announce its role in the the sale of a 62-unit assisted living community (the “Community”) for a Utah-based non-profit health system.
Located in a suburb of Salt Lake City, the Community was part of a larger campus owned and operated by a local non-profit health system. Embarking on initiatives to revamp their business strategy and service offering, the organization elected to divest their assisted living community.
Helios was engaged to run an expedited and limited exposure process. The transaction was completed within four months of engagement and structured between CareTrust REIT (NASDAQ: CTRE) and regional operator based in California.
The health system continues as an organization devoted to pioneering specialized programs and technologies specifically associated with advanced respiratory, specialty pediatrics and complex high-acuity skilled nursing programs.
